Jack I. Hershman, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Jack Hershman graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in Biology. He completed his medical degree from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York. He then completed his general surgery internship and residency at Lenox Hill Hospital and his urology residency at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Hershman has since completed advanced training in urological oncology (bladder, kidney, prostate, and testicular cancer) at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in New York, NY. He also completed training in infertility and microsurgical vasectomy reversal at Rockefeller University also in New York, NY.
Dr. Hershman is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow
of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Urologic Association and the New York Urologic Association.
Dr. Hershman is local chapter leader of the American Cancer Society, and currently instructs at the New York Medical College as an Attending Urology Assistant. An active member of his community, Dr. Hershman frequently gives lectures on a variety of urologic topics.
